Meet The Doctors

Dr. Robert H. Ozer

A native New Yorker, Dr. Ozer graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton. After working three years as a research biologist, he attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine (possibly the best dental school in the United States). He completed a general practice residency at Metropolitan Hospital/Bird S. Coler Hospital for the New York Health and Hospitals Corporation before entering private practice. He appears in Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals and Who’s Who in the East.

Married for over forty years, Dr. Ozer is the (incredibly) proud father of two children, father-in-law to a fantastic daughter-in-law, and thrilled new grandpa to Jacob Nathaniel Ozer!

A former college baseball player, he coached Little League for 11 years, was League Commissioner for 6 years, and was known as “the voice of South Orange/Maplewood baseball”. He was Scoutmaster of Troop 20, and served for many years as a member of his temple’s Executive Board. Dr. Ozer and his family created and ran for 15 years a local collection site for the annual Thanksgiving Turkey and Food Drive of the Community FoodBank of New Jersey; for the past ten+ years they have continued that annual collection (with the addition of collecting winter coats) as a benefit for the Interfaith Food Pantry of the Oranges.

Dr. Ozer believes that each patient deserves a dedicated appointment time to allow for personalized, customized care. He utilizes the most technologically advanced equipment and materials to provide the absolute best in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Association of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Second District Dental Society.

Dr. Alexander Kim

Dr. Kim grew up in northern Virginia, right outside of Washington, D.C., where most of his family still reside. He graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He then moved to Manhattan to attend NYU College of Dentistry, graduating with a D.D.S degree in 1998, and immediately undertook a General Practice residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn. He has been in private practice for over 24 years.

Dr. Kim has had advanced training in implants, cosmetic dentistry, and full mouth reconstruction at NYU College of Dentistry. He adds to our practice an expertise that expands the dental services we already provide, treating children as well as adults and providing Invisalign orthodontic care for both children and adults. He will continue our tradition of using the most technologically advanced equipment and materials to provide the absolute best, customized care, while allowing us to increase our hours and expand our areas of practice to serve you better.

I was recommended by my implant dr. To Dr. Ozer. I had started to lose confidence in dentists not knowing how to handle and correct my implants that was done many years ago. I found not only is Dr.Ozer so knowledgeable in his trade, he corrected all my flaws and fears. I am so pleased with my outcome.
